The Lolo National Forest is an incredible landscape for many reasons; one of its special qualities was identified as an issue during plan revision scoping: habitat connectivity. The Lolo NF connects large blocks of contiguous habitat in northern Montana with similar blocks in Idaho. This webinar will discuss how plan components for connectivity, both forest-wide and management areas, support the moment patterns and dispersal ability of native species across the landscape. Forest Service specialists who have worked on this critical facet of land management planning will be on hand for questions and answers.
