From all of us at the Great Burn Conservation Alliance, we wish you a wonderful Memorial Day weekend! It is truly the beginning of summer and we welcome you to join us on some of our great hikes and service projects as the snow melts away.
The Great Burn is a land rich in wildlife and a place that remains a vital wildlife corridor. Come join us, perhaps see a wolf or mountain goat, and enjoy some of the magic these lands have to offer.
Sign up for one of our great summer hikes!
The Great Burn Study Group is now...
Great Burn Conservation Alliance
After nearly 50 years as a study group, we're moving forward to the next 50 years as an alliance. Working to conserve the wild places, wild life, and wild rivers in the northern Bitterroot mountains. The new name reflects a new energy and direction for the organization.
Meet the Great Burn Conservation Alliance! We will be hosting a meet and greet social Thursday, June 6th. This is a great chance to meet our new Executive Director Stephen Capra, sign up for summer volunteer trips, and become a member! Light refreshments will be served.
